Classroom Rules

1. Follow directions the first time they are given.

     2. Bring required books and materials to every    

           class, unless told otherwise by the teacher.

3. Raise your hand to speak, and ask for permission

      to leave your desk - Make eye contact.

4. Respect yourself, classmates, and the teacher, as

      well as other people's property. Be truthful!

     5.Turn homework in on time and write neatly.

Consequences

1.     Loss of 1^st Chip - Owe a chip (warning)

2.     Loss of 2^nd Chip - Owe a chip (warning)

4.     Loss of 3^rd Chip - Loss of one recess (detention) or activity and a note home to be signed.

5.     Loss of 4^th Chip - Loss of another recess (detention) or activity and a note home to be signed.

6.     Loss of 5^th Chip - Written behavior contract, Parent contact and/or sent to the Principal`s office. (bigger consequences)

* A parent/teacher conference may be necessary.

 Rewards: Extra chips, certificates, pencil coupons, notes home, verbal praise, incentives, movie time, extra activity, no homework pass, prize box, special treats, etc.
